Jason Whiton is an internationally exhibited artist and writer. He has contributed to Hagar The Horrible, Woman's World, The Instrumentalist, The Japan Times, Photographer's Forum Annual, The Valley Comic News, The Brattleboro Reformer, and many educational publications. Recent projects include two exhibits in Tokyo, a book with contributions by Leonard Maltin, children's book submissions, and the development of a cartoon strip for syndication. Jason taught in Japan for four years before coming to the Putney School in 1992, where he teaches Photography, Cartoon Art, Guitar, and Japanese Studies.
